Technology made our societies worse place to live. While there were some usefulness of technology, it was also true that technology had bad effects.
One bad effect is that technology destroyed human’s relationship. People used to use spend more time with friends and family, but people use less time with them to learn or use technology. The author of writing reading passage says that technology is what makes us live like civilized beings. However the professor doubts on the opinion, because people came to create no useful item, and pollution of the sky, sea and air to become civilized beings. People lose the important thing which people used to have because of technology.
In fact, technology made our life convenient. However it is not equal to happiness. To regain our precious things we should use more time with humans, especially friends and family. We should spend less time to non-human beings.
